Board Liaison: Aaron Averill

The Tech Ops Committee manages the FAI volunteer team data and content management systems, access control systems, communications systems, and internal and user-facing websites. Additionally, the committee acts as a resource for coordinating technology-related equipment and services for all members and volunteers of the FAI organization.

Conduct Committee

Board Liaison: Anna Andersdotter

The Conduct Committee helps maintain the organization's community standards for conduct and safety. The committee serves as a single point of contact for people to report conduct violations, of a personal or community level, in an FAI space. Its aim is to provide a clear avenue to collect and review reports so the organization may more easily address conduct violations and complaints.

Land Committee

Board Liaison: Aaron Averill

The Land Committee works with the local community and burn community to seek out suitable land for FAI events. The committee evaluates any requirements, restrictions, limitations or fees related to the candidate properties and local government specific to our needs for sound, privacy, fire, permits, event vendors and number of event participants.
