Manages all messaging from the EC - posts to social media, information for the website, and liaison with the Alchemist

Manages onsite art projects- grant awards, resources, arrangement
Art Fundraiser

Safety Department
Lead : Cat Mcearchern
Manages teams responsible for the safety of participants and property.
Manages relationships with local EMS, Fire, and LE officials.
Manages contracts with Safety Vendors (Security, Medics, Pyro)
Teams: Fire Team; Rangers; Sound; Tranquility Base; Burn Perimeter
Operations Department

Oversees City Build, Structures, public works, and other assorted infrastructure/maintenance needs
Manages contracts with Operations Vendors (Portos, Carts, Heavy Equipment)

Actively cultivate a long term strategy for fostering Volunteerism and internal culture for sustained continuity of the event.
